We had an exceptional experience at Halekulani Okinawa. The staff made our one-night stay truly amazing. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean and was impeccable. The dinner we had at Kingdom was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs at this hotel. The white color theme of the resort gives a sense of peace, and the tasteful furnishings add to the quality of the place. The spacious open lobby of the Sunset Wing provides a relaxing feeling. The staff members were fantastic, as they provided impeccable housekeeping and efficient turn-down services. The dining options were also great, with fantastic quality service. The excellent infrastructure of the hotel was further complemented by the great breakfast and the exceptional spa.

It was a bit difficult to understand some of the hotel's rules. Although the staff was courteous, they did remind me that I could only move my sun chair up to a maximum of 50cms.

The hotel had great amenities and really good food. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned twice a day. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The location was also very convenient as it was close to many popular attractions and restaurants in the area.

There were some rules at the hotel that we found somewhat frustrating. For example, tattoos were not allowed to be shown at the pool which seemed a bit excessive.
