The location of this hotel is fantastic - just a short walk to the subway and the famous Gion district where we went for lunch. It is also close to the riverside with decent nightlife. Additionally, it is right near the rail station, making it convenient to explore any part of Kyoto.

The only downside is the noise from other rooms, particularly the plumbing noise from toilets and showers.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were always ready to help and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk away from the main shopping and restaurant area. The room was clean and had good wifi connection.

The room was quite noisy, with a loud humming noise coming from the fridge, air conditioning, and bathroom plumbing equipment. the TV volume was restricted, making it difficult to hear at times.

This hotel is in a great area close to everything! You can even see a huge electric machine from the room which is really cool. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and the rooms come with all the necessary appliances. Plus, breakfast is included, and there are plenty of basic items to choose from.

I recently stayed at Kyoto Hana Hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Japan. The location was perfect, just 50m from Sanjo Keihan stations, with easy access to the Tozai and Keihan lines. The hotel was surrounded by a variety of restaurants and only a 5-minute walk from the historical Gion district and 15 minutes from Chion-In temple. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, and daily room cleaning was thorough. It was the little touches, like the neatly rolled hairdryer cable, that made my stay even better.

Great front desk staff, very welcoming and friendly. Excellent location, just minutes to restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Relatively large rooms. Bath salts upon check-in are a nice touch.
