The ryokan has a private onsen accessible from the hallway and balcony. Meals were served in a separate dining area and the Japanese breakfast was beautiful. The staff provided excellent service, including transportation to a nearby museum and help with luggage. The spacious room was comfortable with lovely mountain views.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is close to multiple cable car stations and the Sounzan station. This makes it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful views.

One downside mentioned by some guests is that the decor of the hotel feels a bit outdated, reminiscent of the 1960s. However, despite this, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel are impeccable.

From the beautifully color-coordinated yukatas provided to the exquisite Kaiseiki meals, every aspect is meticulously planned. The private onsen in each room is a standout feature, with different tubs and even a warm stone bed in the sauna room.
