Our recent stay at a unique hotel with a fantastic view and spacious room was definitely worth the money. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff treated us friendly and informatively.

The breakfast menu could use more variety to make it even better.

Enjoyed my stay during new year! the view from the room was breathtaking, with unblocked scenic mountains and lake views. the hotel location was strategic, making it easy to explore the surroundings. the toiletries and free sample packs offered were a nice gesture. Finally, the breakfast was included in the package and offered a variety of breakfast items.

It was difficult to avoid the smell, as the heating system seemed to intensify it, but fortunately, the dust cleaning machine was effective.

I had a fantastic stay at a new hotel in Fujikawaguchiko. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with a great view of Mt Fuji. The hotel staff were really helpful and the rooftop area provided an unobstructed view of the mountain. The location was also convenient, with shops, sights, and the lake within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful and the provision of a microwave, laundry area, and vending machines were useful. Haostay made my stay memorable and I highly recommend it.

The highlight of our stay was the roof terrace, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of Mount Fuji on clear days. The breakfast provided had a good selection of both Japanese and Western options.

haostay exceeded my expectations during this trip to fujikawaguchiko. the spacious room was clean and well-equipped, with basic amenities provided. the highlight was the incredible view of mt. fuji right from the hotel, and the rooftop access made it even more breathtaking. a perfect location, close to the center and with easy access to other places of interest. amazing stay!

hot drink options could've been better

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing shuttle services to Kawaguchiko station and the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the rooftop was amazing, offering a close-up view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The hotel also had a range of facilities, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and a little cafeteria where we were served breakfast.

It's important to note that there are limited dining options in the area, so it would be wise to plan ahead and bring some food with you.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a very pleasant stay at Haostay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the panaroma deck was breathtaking. The staff was super nice and even gave us a ride to the train station when we had to leave early. I highly recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the location was fantastic, with a short walk to both the Kawaguchiko station and the beautiful lake. Lastly, the rooms offered stunning views of Mount Fuji, which was a wonderful sight to wake up to. Additionally, the option of having breakfast with a view of Fujisan was a great start to the day.
