I arrived before the official check-in time and wanted to use the pool, but was denied access and asked to pay extra. The pool was overcrowded with people taking Instagram photos, and the limited number of chairs made it even more challenging. Even after checking out, I wasn't allowed to pay to use the pool. This lack of flexibility and poor customer experience was a letdown. However, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient. I would recommend this hotel with reservations.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the vast variety of food served in the breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay more comfortable, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our visit. the location of the hotel is spot on, as it's just a short walk to the nearby bus and train stations, and it made it easy for us to explore the city.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of English menus available in the hotel's restaurant. This made it hard for us to order meals and understand what was on offer.

The location of this resort is excellent, being right in the heart of the city. The staff members are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and is a great way to start the day. Additionally, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
