Deciding to spend Christmas in the city was one of the best ideas I've had. the hotel we stayed at had the most fantastic sleek-designed room and provided us with comfortable Japanese style clothes to wear. the receptionist was friendly and recommended us nice places to shop and eat around the area. the additional huge hairdryer was a lifesaver since I didn't have to spend hours drying my hair.

The queen bed that was given to us, instead of a king size bed, was aesthetically un-appealing for the room, and made it feel smaller than it was.

The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience with a wide array of American and Italian dishes. the staff, fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese, made me feel like a VIP. It felt like having a personal genie at my service!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms had a sleek and modern Japanese design that we absolutely loved. The check-in process was quick and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming. While waiting for our room to be cleaned, she even gave us great recommendations on nearby shopping and dining options. We were pleasantly surprised by the additional amenities provided, like the spacious hairdryer and comfortable Japanese-style sleepwear. It really made our stay feel luxurious and enhanced our overall comfort.

This place is highly recommended to everyone.
