The value for money was great, especially considering the spacious room and fully equipped fitness center. The location was perfect for our family with its close proximity to Disneyland and easy access to Tokyo. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even helping us retrieve lost money.

Breakfast selection could have been better.

We loved the convenient location, access to the mall and Disney resort, and the spacious king celebrio room with an ocean view. The convenience store was a bonus, providing us with snacks and meals. The staff were helpful and spoke English, and the free shuttle bus and airport limo made travel easy.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Disneyland and it was amazing! The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and the Disney resort. The room, especially the bunk bed, was a hit with my kids. We loved having a convenience store on the ground floor, which came in handy for snacks and meals after a long day at the park. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would definitely stay here again for the convenient travel options and excellent amenities.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel's convenience store on the ground floor was great for buying snacks and water. The hotel's location so close to the Disney Parks and near Maihama station was very convenient.

The value for money at Hilton Tokyo Bay was exceptional, and the room itself was truly magical, especially for my little ones with the interactive key and mirror. The location was perfect for our Disneyland visit, with stunning ocean views from our room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and even upgraded our rooms so that my dad and I could be on the same floor. The day beds in the room were surprisingly comfortable, and the breakfast at the beautiful restaurant was delicious. The hotel staff were also very helpful in organizing our transfers to Narita airport, making our last day stress-free. I highly recommend staying at Hilton Tokyo Bay for a convenient and enjoyable stay near Disneyland.

Great clean rooms, friendly service, and convenient transportation to nearby attractions. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room amenities, such as complimentary pajamas and slippers, were a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's lounge access provided a delicious breakfast and evening snacks.

The breakfast buffet was a disappointment, with limited variety and lackluster flavors. Compared to other hotels we visited during our trip, this was our least favorite breakfast experience.

The staff at Hilton Tokyo Bay went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. They even organized a special large taxi for us when we had a lot of luggage. The hotel provided a variety of affordable food options in their foyer area, including ready-made meals and sandwiches. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ocean view was a nice touch. The shuttle service to the nearby station and theme parks was convenient. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel we stayed at during our Easter trip was fantastic for families visiting Tokyo Disneyland. We were delighted to receive two complimentary items upon check-in, which made us feel welcome. the location was ideal for us, as we were able to walk to the train station and easily access the theme park. the hotel had a convenience store that was open 24 hours and had many items to choose from.

There were a few things we didn't like about the hotel. Although the rooms were sizable and comfortable, they weren't adequately cleaned, which was a problem as one of us had allergies.

This hotel offers top-notch service and luxurious amenities. The Spa & wellness centre is superb with exceptional facilities, the massage was truly a relaxing experience. We loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers and enjoyed the special diet menus offered by the restaurant. Moreover, the private facilities are certainly worth their value as they offer exclusivity.

Although they did a good job of making the beds and cleaning the bathroom, they missed tidying up the tables and floors. Additionally, the room slippers provided were not as comfortable as we expected.

Conveniently located near Tokyo Disneyland, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The spacious rooms were a welcome change from the tiny ones I've experienced in Tokyo. The themed floors and kid-friendly amenities made it even more enjoyable for my family. The hotel's Disney store and 24/7 convenience store were convenient. Plus, being close to the monorail made getting to the theme parks a breeze. Though the buffet was average and pricey, the fact that our kids ate for free was a plus. I had a great experience and would definitely return.
