I had an incredible stay at a luxurious ryokan in this city. The hotel's design was absolutely stunning, with amazing architecture and high-quality materials. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided the most attentive and friendly service. The onsen experience was truly magical, with hot water at the perfect temperature. The location was ideal for city professionals, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to popular areas. Convenient location, with plenty of metro lines and restaurants nearby. the hotel is surprisingly quiet, despite being in a bustling area. the staff is very helpful and responsive to requests. the common living area is a great place to relax and enjoy snacks and drinks. the cleanliness of the hotel, including the onsen, is exceptional.

Some staff members seemed disorganized and lacked communication. There were instances where we had to repeat information multiple times, which was frustrating.
