The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room size was surprisingly spacious for Japan, and the hotel itself felt clean and new. The public bath was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, and the complimentary soba noodles in the evening were a delicious bonus.

The lack of storage space in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially for those traveling with larger luggage. while the staff was friendly, there were limited English speakers available, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

Everything was fantastic.

Enjoyed the buffet-style lineup of Japanese dishes, especially the special kombu dashi stock for the soba noodles. The hotel had a sleek and modern design, with free bikes and free WiFi throughout. Lovely tile art of Mount Fuji. Languages spoken at reception included English, how convenient!

Just loved how I had to go to the other side of the river to visit interesting attractions. So convenient!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and making it easy for day trips and business. I especially enjoyed the onsen, which had great beauty supplies and even a Dyson hair dryer. The hotel also provided a phone for in-house calls and web surfing, which was a useful perk.

The window blinds were not sufficient for blocking out sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in the morning. the hotel location on Google Maps was slightly different from the actual location, so it may be necessary to pay attention when navigating to the hotel.

The hotel was well-lit and decorated for the holidays, making for a cozy Christmas atmosphere. the public bath and laundry facilities were convenient and added to a relaxed stay. the free bike rental was also a great way to explore the surrounding area with ease.

The walk to the train station was longer than we anticipated, perhaps more direction from the staff would have helped. the room was a bit cramped for two people with lots of luggage.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The staff were very welcoming and paid great attention to detail. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach where "Chariots of Fire" was filmed, as well as the golf course and the city center. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the facilities were top-notch, including a rooftop bar.
