I specifically chose to stay at this hotel again because of the excellent package they offer, including a taxi pick-up from the airport. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues. The breakfast is delicious, with a good mix of Japanese dishes. The hotel also offers rooms with great views, which is a nice bonus.

Parking and in-and-out privileges for the underground garage could be improved.

The breakfast options were good and the room was clean and comfortable. the view from my window was stunning and was definitely one of the best aspects of my trip.

The location was quite far from the train station and it was a pain to walk back and forth, especially at night when it was dark and cold. the bathroom was small and cramped, which was quite inconvenient for someone who appreciates more space.
