At check-in, one staff member displayed a lack of interest and appeared unapproachable when dealing with a foreign guest. The room doors did not lock, although lockable cubbies were available.

I always stay here when I come to this city. It’s clean, the staff are exceptional and the hotel facilities provided are great. The location is perfect, being close to the nightlife and just a short walk to the closest metro station. It's also conveniently situated in the city center.

As young people, we loved the clean rooms, friendly staff, and the option of a women's only floor. The laundry facilities were cheap and convenient, and we appreciated the provided PJs and towels. The accessibility of the hotel and the availability of English-speaking staff 24/7 were a big plus. Having a coin laundry was also a great feature, and even the capsule type rooms still provided a sense of privacy. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel was impressively clean and quiet, and the practical layout of the bedrooms and common areas was fantastic. I felt secure with a code-locked closet for my valuables. The location was ideal, being situated between Umeda and Dotombori, with just a 15-minute walk to both. The front service staff were so kind and accommodating, even holding our luggage for us when we arrived early from Kyoto. The hotel's facilities, including a vending machine and smart bath, were excellent, and I especially enjoyed my spacious capsule with a little desk and wardrobe area. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

the capsule was spacious and provided me with the privacy I needed. the amenities were amazing and included everything from pyjamas to face cleanser and lotion. Each capsule even had its own TV. the front desk was available 24/7, and the location was within walking distance of Shinsaibashi. my experience at Atarayo was superb.

We stayed in a great location, close enough to downtown and the bustling nightlife. The hotel was conveniently close to three metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a TV. The bathroom and shower facilities were well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. it was a fantastic stay with wonderful service.

The only small downside was that the shade in the room didn't close completely, allowing a bit of light from the hallway to seep in. However, it wasn't a major issue and can easily be resolved with an eye mask.
