The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and plenty of dining options nearby. I also appreciated the free Netflix and the option to use the hotel's bikes. My kids especially loved interacting with Pepper the robot.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. the rooms were huge by Tokyo standards and the central location was perfect. the staff were helpful and the modern hotel had a 24-hour café in the lobby area. the room was clean and tidy, and the location was superb, with close proximity to Akasaka station and nearby convenience stores. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee at the café downstairs. a great experience at Innsomnia Akasaka.

Had a great stay during Thanksgiving week. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the coffee in the lobby was fantastic. the complimentary croissants were delicious. the hotel location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the subway station and with plenty of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a convenience store just a few steps away from the hotel.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, with plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel had a modern coffee shop on the ground floor where you could enjoy excellent coffee for free.

The hotel lacked a restaurant on-site, and there was no coffee machine in the room. The cafe downstairs also had limited hours, which made it inconvenient for early check-outs.
