I recently stayed at Hotel Bestland in Tsukuba for a few days and had a great experience. The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious, with a fancy toilet seat that was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to a shopping center with lots of dining options. The staff were very helpful, providing me with bus schedules and information about local attractions. The breakfast served at the Italian restaurant on the ground floor was delicious, offering a variety of Japanese and western dishes. a very satisfying stay.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right beside the train station. You can easily catch a train to Tokyo within an hour. The rooms are very comfortable and well-kept, with luxurious furniture. The bathroom is spacious and the shower area is large. The hotel staff are very accommodating and provide excellent service. There are also many restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. Additionally, the view from some of the rooms allows you to clearly see the beautiful Tsukuba Mountain.

The dining room can get quite crowded during breakfast, making it difficult to navigate back to your seat after picking up food from the buffet.

The highlight was definitely the shower/tub with a view of the city—a unique experience! The helpful staff and great location near the train station made our sightseeing in Tokyo and visiting family in Tsukuba a breeze. we highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

This hotel is a great value for money. It is very near to the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The location is perfect, right next to the station but quiet enough for it to be no problem. Additionally, it is close to a major shopping mall, providing ample opportunities for shopping.

The room was great, well cared and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and western style food. The staff were extremely helpful and even provided bus schedules. The location was fantastic, just one stop away from Tsukuba Station and close to restaurants and shops, with a clear view of Tsukuba mountain from the window.

Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide me with bus schedules and recommendations for nearby attractions. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast - it was delicious with a great selection of both Japanese and western options. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Station no.19 of the Tsukuba express railway, making it easy to access Tsukuba center. Also, it is just a 3-minute walk from a large mall. The hotel staff, both at the front office and the restaurant, were very helpful.

Spending my New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great decision. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and many attractions nearby to explore. the rooms were also cozy and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the variety of options available. It was an excellent way to start the day.
