My favorite part of the hotel was the well-designed room with tasteful decor and a comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the glass walls in the bathroom, which had a roller blind, allowing me to watch TV while relaxing in the bathtub. The entire place had a touch of real class. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable stay, clean rooms, excellent AC, nice room design, comfortable bed, convenient location near shopping mall and restaurants. highly recommend for exploring Kyoto.

New wing has exceptional city views, amazing bath + shower, good working desk. Completely exceeded expectations. Incredible shiatsu massage on first floor.

The convenience of having a convenience store in the same building really came in handy during my city trip. the hotel's location near the station made it easy for me to get around the city. Another thing I enjoyed was having tea and water available in my room, a nice touch that made me feel welcome.

The condition of the room left something to be desired. the mattress was too hard for my liking, and the furniture seemed old and outdated.
