I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-presented rooms at Brighton City Osaka Kitahama. The shower was amazing and there was plenty of room for our luggage. The hotel is in a great central location, just a short 2-minute walk to the subway, and there is a convenient 7/11 right across the street. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

Had a great Xmas vacay at this hotel. Enjoyed the fast internet and clean bathroom with provided toiletries. the customer service was outstanding and staff left us bags of clean bathroom items even on days when we didn't require room service. the location close to a subway station and a convenience store across the road were very convenient.

One of the microwaves in the lobby was out of order.

We stayed at Brighton City Osaka Kitahama and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Kitahama Station. We loved the convenience of having a Fresco supermarket right next to the station. the area was not crowded, even on weekdays, which was great for our family with kids. the hotel staff was attentive and accommodated our request to have all three rooms on the same floor. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the minimalist design added to the overall experience. the Japanese breakfast offered good value for money. the staff also provided helpful restaurant recommendations.
