I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just across the street from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were kind and helpful, ensuring my needs were met throughout my stay. The room itself was more spacious than the average hotel in Japan, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind. The amenities provided, including heating and air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a refrigerator, enhanced the comfort of my stay. The hotel also had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals and drinks without having to venture far. the hotel provided a level of luxury and comfort that exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Helpful staff and great location near the train station. They were friendly and happy to answer questions. The room had a nice mountain view and was a good size. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely Christmas stay here as a family. the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food options. the location, right across the street from the train station, made it easy to travel around the city. the room was also very spacious, providing us with ample space to relax and enjoy our time together.

We did notice that there were lingering cigarette smells in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. the shower pressure was quite weak, which made getting ready a bit difficult.
