The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated right next to Kobe station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it is very close to Chinatown, allowing for easy access to delicious local cuisine. The hotel is also right on the harbour, providing stunning views for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Reviews have mentioned spacious rooms and comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant stay. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Crown Palais. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including a safe, fridge, and kettle. The bed and pillows were so cozy, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions and right next to a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and always available to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Best stay ever! Roomy, comfy and close to everything! Great staff too! The beds were cozy, the room was clean and spacious, and the wi-fi worked great. The hotel is in a prime location, close to shops and eateries. Plus, it's super close to public transportation which makes it super easy to get around. The whole experience was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great city break!

Worst thing was the TV channels. There weren't many English channels available, which was a bit of a bummer when we wanted to relax in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! First and foremost, the location was absolutely perfect. Nestled in a peaceful area, it offered stunning views of the waterline and Kobe tower. Plus, it was conveniently situated near a large shopping mall, making it super easy for us to dine and shop without even stepping outside. The hotel also provided easy access to the train station and subway, which was a huge bonus.
