Everything was fantastic.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with everything I needed within walking distance. Right next to a convenience store and nearby parks, it was also fairly close to the train station. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a 24hr coffee service and amenities at the front desk. The staff were friendly and natural, making the check-in process quick and easy. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Comfortable bed covers and a balcony in the double room. Friendly staff, particularly Gurung Kushal. Close to Family Mart and Tully's Coffee for convenience.

The value for money at Onefive Tokyo Shibuya was great, with a clean, cozy room and helpful staff. The location was convenient for exploring Shibuya's tourist spots and there were plenty of cute places nearby.

We loved the central location of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we accidentally booked the wrong room type. They were quick to provide us with an extra pillow and help us find a solution. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious bread. I recommend this hotel.

The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that include basic amenities like a balcony, 2 American-style beds, and a lovely bathroom. The breakfast at the coffee roastery is a delightful start to the day, with a variety of options included.

As party people, we loved the convenient location of The Onefive Tokyo Shibuya. It's just a few minutes' walk from everything we needed in Shibuya, including shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Plus, being located on a quiet street made it perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a lively night out. The availability of free laundry facilities was a great bonus, allowing us to freshen up our party clothes without any hassle. And having a Family Mart just opposite the hotel was super convenient for quick snacks and drinks. great facilities and amenities for party people!

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! You are just steps away from some of the best shops, bars, cafes, and sights in the city. Despite being in the center of everything, it's still off the main busy streets, so you can have a restful night's sleep. The rooms are small, but very clean with everything you need. The laundry facility is a great advantage and there's even a grocery store right across the street.

The cleaning staff can be quite loud in the mornings, so if you're a light sleeper you might have trouble getting some rest.
