We had an amazing stay at Etwas Tenjin! The location was perfect for exploring the city. Although it was in a central area, we didn't experience any noise issues like some other guests mentioned. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast, especially the croissants and bread. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Fukuoka!

The hotel was reasonably located close to shops and dining options. It was especially convenient to have the metro station nearby. the WiFi was stable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The walls of the room were paper thin, and I could hear every sound from other rooms and the street outside. the room had a really unpleasant musky odour.

The room size was sufficient for two adults and luggage. It was clean and the location was ideal, near bars, clubs, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with language barriers and even giving out a free umbrella on a rainy day.

There have been some complaints about smoke odor in the supposedly non-smoking rooms.
