Conveniently located in Huis ten Bosch with a great view of the waterway. Spacious and comfortable rooms with no moldy odor. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, albeit limited English proficiency. Variety of restaurants and enjoyable events. Close proximity to HTB entrance.

Located in a forest, this hotel is in the centre of a huge site with a beautiful view of Omura bay. It is near the train station and provides easy access to the Nagasaki area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with L'occitane amenities. The service is impressive, with staff members going the extra mile to assist guests. Guests can enjoy a large buffet breakfast and a view of the bay from ocean-view rooms.

Limited internet access is available, with only a designated corner in the coffee shop offering WiFi.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and services. the spa and wellness center was exceptional with its relaxing atmosphere and skilled masseuses. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine with a wide range of options, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful added luxury. the private facilities, including the spacious rooms with exclusive advantages, were impressive and added to the relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the outdated decor in some parts of the hotel. Although it added to the overall charm and character, it could be improved with some modern touches.

The hotel had nicely decorated interiors and beautiful flowers in the lobby. the location was also convenient for visiting a nearby park and a Japanese hotpot restaurant. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quite old and had a smelly room. there was no access to internet inside the room, and the elevators were slow and limited.
