Great location, clean room and friendly staff. The hotel is close to a tram station and shopping arcade making it easily accessible. The room was kept clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a decent range of options.

Rooms are slightly outdated and some furniture could use an update. Despite being a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable. The bed was quite hard, which may not be to everyone's liking.

Great value for money with reasonable prices for accommodation. Excellent location with easy access to the tramline, restaurants, and shopping areas. Rooms with a view of Okayama Castle, providing a unique and picturesque experience.

Nothing to complain about, everything was satisfactory.
