We loved the hotel's proximity to the shopping center, with the main shopping area just a short walk away. The hotel's location in that area was very convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities provided, including the spa and the free bottled water near the lifts, were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered delicious options, including vegetarian choices for our family.

As a business traveler, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a 4-minute walk from Shinsaibashi metro station and the central shopping area. Despite being situated in a touristy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were small but clean and tidy, and the rooftop bar offered an amazing view. I was also impressed by the hotel's honesty and integrity when they found and safely kept my bag with a significant amount of cash after I had checked out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The location of Hillarys Shinsaibashi was perfect for exploring the city! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the amazing view of the city from our room. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Osaka.

This hotel is a steal for its amazing value for money. It's located right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping street and metro station. Plus, there are many great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are helpful and the basic amenities are all there, including extra beds and non-transparent windows. Breakfast is included too, which is a great bonus!

The soundproofing of the rooms needs improvement, as noise from other guests can be heard.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was very close to the train station and within walking distance to the popular shopping area of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The convenience of being near the subway made it easy for me to explore the city.

The hotel's location was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip. It was only a short walk away from the shopping area and the metro station. We also enjoyed their free breakfast, which had a good selection of food and drinks to choose from, including fruit and croissants. the hotel staff was also helpful and polite.

The room was a bit too small for our liking. We had to open our luggage on the bed as there was not enough space.

We had a great experience at Hillarys Shinsaibashi. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. We loved that they offered unlimited bottles of water in the lobby. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a humidifier, AC, water kettle, and washlet. the curtains were a nice touch, providing blackout or sheer options for privacy. the staff were friendly and accommodating, finding us a room with a quieter bathroom fan when we mentioned the noise. it was excellent value for the price and we would definitely stay here again.
