Convenient location near attractions. Easy to find. Free tea/coffee in lobby. Clean, bright bathroom and room with plenty of charging sockets. Thick walls for privacy. Limited yaki-tori options nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Great top floor room with private bath on balcony. On-site parking available. Lovely view of Sakurazima from 10th floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! its location was perfect - right in the heart of Tenmonkan area, close to all the major attractions. It made exploring the city extremely convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Lastly, the room itself was great, with a comfy bed and brand new furniture. I especially loved having a private bath on the balcony.

All was great, no improvements needed.

It is also close to the city center, providing easy access to various amenities. The rooms are bright and clean, with plenty of sockets for charging devices. The bathroom is well-maintained and offers a clean and bright space for guests.

Some guests have mentioned that if the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed on the door, the staff may not come in to replenish drinks and amenities in the room.

The hotel was in a great central location, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was polite and welcoming. the beds were quite comfortable, and the room had a lot of light, which was a plus.

There were several negative aspects of the hotel. The room was extremely small, making it difficult to move around.
