Sometimes the elevator takes longer than expected, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The location of Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba is superb, with excellent access to food, shopping, and transportation. Being just a street away from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also situated right beside exit 32 of the Namba metro, making it easy to navigate. The staff at the hotel were prompt, polite, and always willing to assist. The fact that the hotel is completely non-smoking is a big plus. Furthermore, the complementary bottles of water provided were a nice touch.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the process of making the bed. Currently, the hotel only makes the bed if the guest stays for more than two nights.

My partner and I recently went on a romantic escape and had a very enjoyable stay. the location was perfect! We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in the area. the subway system was close by, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. the room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the size of the bathroom and the cleanliness.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the bed was not very comfortable, and we found the sheets to be tucked in rather tightly, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
