The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and a nice bathtub. the staff was attentive and friendly. It was great to have an onsen experience, which was included in the room rate. the location was easily accessible by public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel feels outdated and could benefit from some renovations. the noise from the fridge in the room was a bit bothersome at night.

This hotel has an excellent location, just a short distance from Kami Gora station. It is easy to find, thanks to Apple Maps showing the correct route. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, perfect to start the day.

We loved the traditional Japanese style room, complete with comfortable futons. The onsen experience was relaxing, with great amenities provided. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the cable car. The staff were helpful and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. we highly recommend staying at Green Plaza Gora for a memorable Hakone experience.
