The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable room rates and inclusive meals. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and had a good variety of options. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and there weren't any major issues.

The hotel building is beautiful and the room is spacious. The scenery is stunning and the parking area is large. The onsen is fantastic and the staff is helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for winter sports, with plenty of runs and no crowds.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in the mountains. The hot springs were incredible, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The package we got included breakfast and dinner, which was a great way to start and end the day. Plus, the location was super convenient- right by the ski lift and close to shopping and vending machines.

The shuttle bus was a bit of a hassle since it only accepted cash, and the schedule wasn't always accommodating. , while the hotel and onsen were fantastic, the food options were limited and a bit overpriced.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the ski slope and just a few steps away from the Cortina ski lift. It was so convenient to start skiing right from the hotel without any hassle. After a tiring day on the slopes, the onsen was a great place to relax and unwind. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area to lay out our luggage. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

There was a slight inconvenience regarding storing our luggage before check-in time.

Convenient ski-in, ski-out access. Spacious and clean double room. Enjoyed the option to change dinner to Japanese or French cuisine. Friendly and accommodating staff. Onsen was a relaxing treat after a day on the slopes. I would recommend this hotel for a ski trip in Hakuba.
