Our recent ski vacation at Green Plaza was delightful. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the ski rental and on-site lockers made hitting the Cortina slopes a breeze. the buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the traditional atmosphere immersed us in the culture. The spacious room, direct bus to Nagano, and fantastic onsen added to the overall exceptional experience. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

i had an amazing stay at green plaza hakuba. the ski-in ski-out feature was so convenient, making it easy to hit the slopes. the buffet meals were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious food. the onsen with mountain views was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable room rates and inclusive meals. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and had a good variety of options. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in the mountains. the hot springs were incredible, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the package we got included breakfast and dinner, which was a great way to start and end the day. Plus, the location was super convenient- right by the ski lift and close to shopping and vending machines.

The shuttle bus was a bit of a hassle since it only accepted cash, and the schedule wasn't always accommodating. while the hotel and onsen were fantastic, the food options were limited and a bit overpriced.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the ski slope and just a few steps away from the Cortina ski lift. It was so convenient to start skiing right from the hotel without any hassle. After a tiring day on the slopes, the onsen was a great place to relax and unwind. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area to lay out our luggage. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

There was a slight inconvenience regarding storing our luggage before check-in time.
