I had a fantastic stay at Guest1 Ueno Ekimae. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Ueno JR station and with easy access to Narita Airport and other areas of Tokyo. The room, though small, was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the integrated humidifier and air purifier, which made the space feel clean and fresh. The hotel also provided free breakfast, welcome drinks, and amenities, which were nice touches. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

The rooms are clean and spacious, providing enough space for two people. The staff is accommodating and helpful, offering to hold luggage before check-in and after check-out. There are also various dining options nearby, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of Japanese food.

The breakfast options could be improved with more variety and the food being kept warm, especially during colder weather.

The hotel has a good location, near a train station and plenty of food choices in the area. The room is clean and facilities are okay. The bed is hard but still comfortable enough. Staff can converse in English and there are Taiwanese during our stay.

The room is small, smaller than what we are used to. The bathroom is not so great, the shower operates both the sink and the shower head, and the shower curtain is not so good.
