Our room at Hotel Hakuba was so cozy and welcoming, perfect for our family.

Beds were a bit firm for our liking, but others may not mind.

Guests can easily reach the slopes within a 10-minute walk, making it ideal for families with children or first-time visitors to the area. The rooms provide great views of the mountains, and the breakfast offers a good mix of delicious food. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and a free shuttle bus service is also available, adding to the convenience.

The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, providing a better night's sleep for guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amazing views of the mountains from our room. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all present and in good condition, and the hotel's location in the area was perfect, with easy access to different ski slopes and major ski resorts. Lastly, the breakfast, which was included in our package, was delicious, and the dining area offered a great view of the mountains.

All was well, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful mountain town. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were extremely attentive and professional, providing outstanding service at all times. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel was just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the mountains and nearby convenience stores. The hotel offered a delicious buffet-style breakfast and dinner with a great variety of international flavors. The onsen, or Japanese hot spring, was a wonderful experience after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and peaceful location.

Rooms were comfortable and clean with a great view of the mountains. The hotel was in a good location close to local restaurants and public transportation. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with our needs.

The hotel did not have many amenities that we needed during our business trip. The internet connection was inconsistent and caused some difficulties when we needed to work online. The breakfast options were limited and didn't have many options for those with dietary restrictions. the hotel was just okay and didn't meet our expectations for a business trip.

Spectacular top floor view with enjoyable dinners and English-speaking staff. Onsen loved by guests. Quality guests with Japanese restraint in breakfast and dinners. Parking and rental store on site.
