The hotel's location was fantastic, situated right by a bustling shopping center that was open 24 hours. This made it incredibly convenient for us as business travelers, as we had access to a variety of shops and food options at any time. being so close to the Osaka station meant that we could easily navigate the city and explore different areas without wasting time on transportation. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a long day of meetings.

The check-in process was a bit cumbersome, with multiple sets of elevators and a crowded foyer.

We stayed at a hotel in a really convenient location, right next to the train station. It was so easy to travel around and explore the city. We were surrounded by department stores and had so many options for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and the bathroom had an amazing shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved the direct access to the supermarket and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

The signage in the underground tunnels connecting the different stations was confusing at times.

The hotel staff at Hankyu Respire were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were able to store our luggage there for a week while we went hiking and they even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's location is fantastic, right above the Osaka Umeda JR train station with many stores and restaurants nearby. The room itself was comfortable and had amazing views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to major attractions and transport options. the size of the room was larger than typical Japanese hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. the self check-in and check-out process was efficient and convenient.

One of the main downsides of the hotel was the lack of storage space for clothes. There were only a few hangers and small drawers available, making it difficult to store belongings for a longer stay.

Not obvious to find.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is unbeatable, right next to the train station. It made it so convenient to explore the city without wasting any time on transportation. Additionally, being surrounded by numerous shopping malls was a big plus. With some of them opening as early as 11am, I could start my shopping spree right after breakfast. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and always there to assist me with any requests. The room was spacious and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep out of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip to this city.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their stay in this city.
