Good breakfast and location. Courtesy bus to station would be helpful. The Lakeline Bus stops outside. Cheaper meal options nearby. Separate toilet and bathroom is a plus.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Matsue with a breathtaking view of Lake Shinji. The spacious room offered all the amenities I needed, including a flat screen TV and free WiFi. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and the convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel.
