Great location in the heart of a vibrant nightlife area and within easy reach of shopping and dining venues. The room size was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and a desk area. The bathroom was larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms. The view of the freeway and intersection at night was beautiful. Noise levels were low, which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were very helpful and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. Discounted tickets to local attractions were available for purchase at the front desk.

Housekeeping only replaced one set of towels each day, and additional towels had to be requested from the lobby. Limited availability of extra pillows was inconvenient, especially for a pregnant guest who needed more comfort.

I recently stayed at Hotel Il Monte for a week during my trip to Osaka. The staff was friendly and helpful, and one of them spoke good English. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a good shower and mini fridge. The location was excellent, with many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. The hotel was also close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Plus, there were plenty of power sockets in the room to charge all my devices. it was a great value for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Osaka station. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Hankyu Station, which made it excellent for a layover if you are going to KIX Airport.
