The location of the hotel was perfect for us as a family with children. It was close to JR Sendai station, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city and go on day trips. We also loved that it was near lively streets with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The rooms were clean and bright, providing a comfortable stay for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

The WiFi in the hotel was a bit slow, which could sometimes be frustrating when trying to connect to the internet.

Great amenities and central location. The hotel was equipped with excellent amenities like spacious and clean rooms, and welcoming staff. the key advantage of its location was its close proximity to the main station and the abundance of restaurants. the convenience of being able to reach the hotel entrance in the rain through the station building was impressive.

Poor views from the room. The only downside was the view from the room, which was not great and was blocked by a nearby building.
