This hotel in Gora-Hakone was a delightful find! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Hakone Gora Onsen area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and recommendations. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially by Japanese standards, and it was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious Japanese breakfast that was included with our stay. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The food was exquisite, I really felt like I was experiencing authentic local cuisine. the staff went beyond and above to be helpful, always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. the location is very peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the surrounding nature, it was really rejuvenating for me to be in such a peaceful setting.

The room was definitely small and cramped. Even though I only booked for one person, the room felt too tight for me.

The spacious and comfortable rooms offer a peaceful atmosphere, and the breakfast and dinner options are delicious. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and the cleanliness of the facilities.

The onsen is small and can only accommodate 3 or 4 people at a time.

The hotel had a good-sized room that was clean and provided towels. The staff were super friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. The dinner was really good, allowing me to try a variety of delicious dishes. I also enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, which was a unique experience. The onsen areas for men and women were peaceful and mostly empty, providing a relaxing soak. The hotel's location in the quiet Hakone Gora Onsen area made it a great escape from the city. I would recommend this hotel based on its good value for money.
