Upon arrival, I noticed the dried blood on the bed's edge, staining the sofa and shower curtain. Finding leftover matcha and hair on the carpet wasn't ideal. However, the room was spacious enough to fit my collection of sake bottles. the staff handled my feedback professionally.

The hotel provided bed bumpers and a sponge for my baby which was a great touch. It was also located in a convenient area for walking and taxis, with plenty of food options and access to public transportation. the key card access for the elevator made us feel safer as well.

There's not much to say here. We had a good trip and enjoyed our stay overall.

My recent stay at Hotel Keihan was fantastic! The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city and close to the trendy Edion Hisaya Plaza. I loved how easy it was to connect to the Nagoya central train station, making exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The lobby was also very nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. I was spoiled for choice when it came to nearby dining and drinking options, and the metro station was just a short walk away. I only wish I had more time to spend at this amazing hotel! I highly recommend Hotel Keihan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
