The kids were delighted with the interactive games and lively shows. the family-friendly atmosphere made it a memorable stay for all of us.

staying at kodama was a breeze, with easy access to all ski slopes directly from the hotel, a convenient bus stop nearby, and a lovely onsen to relax in after skiing. the attentive staff went above and beyond to accommodate special dietary needs, providing separate meals made with fresh ingredients. breakfast was a good deal, and the dinners were top-notch, served with politeness and care. overall, a great location with exceptional service.

I always pick this cozy place. Staff found my lost bracelet once, unforgettable. It's just right for me: Wi-Fi is free, parking is easy, and there's a lift. Going back for vacation soon!
