This hotel is a hidden gem! the staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the subway line and within walking distance to all the major attractions and a variety of amazing restaurants.

the hotel, located near Odori Park, offered a comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. the recent renovation in the annex part of the hotel was well done and the room was nice and comfortable. I particularly loved the onsen and sauna facilities, which were truly fantastic. the hotel also had three laundry areas with free washing and drying machines, a bonus for longer stays. the hotel provided a free coffee machine in the lobby during certain hours, offering a nice treat.
