As business travelers, we loved the convenience of the Tenza Hotel's location near the station. The room was superb, with a small food prep area and a beautifully designed bathroom. The staff were friendly and the view was splendid. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the nice bath and soft towels. the facilities and amenities provided were excellent for our needs.

We felt very welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Sendai Station. the attention to detail was impressive. The room had a nice size bath tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance of both Sendai Station and a subway stop. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the hotel itself had a spacious and beautiful reception hall and corridors, giving off a welcoming vibe. The room we stayed in was also spacious, allowing us plenty of room to unpack and relax. The highlight of the room was the nice-sized bathtub in the great bathroom, which provided the perfect space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, setting us up for a day of exploration.

Can't fault the property.

The room was big with 2 single beds and the staff was friendly. They had appliances available for lending like an iron and iron board, which was a nice touch. they had a vending machine and a microwave on the 5th floor, making it easy to grab a quick snack. The location was also quite convenient, just a short walk from the station and near a Yodobashi camera.

Sadly, the overall experience was not up to par. The room had water damage and black mould, which was a health hazard.
