Location was great, close to public transportation and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. the bedding was comfortable and we had plenty of space in the room.

The breakfast was not good and lacked variety. We also found mold in the bathroom which was not properly cleaned before our arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located near two main stations, making it easy to explore the city. With the subway station just a short walk away, getting around was a breeze. the hotel is close to Osaka Uehombashi station, where you can find shopping complexes and various dining options. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom was impressive, with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate toilet. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist.

Some staff members had limited English proficiency, which could be a bit challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that were spacious and equipped with useful facilities like a washing machine. The bathroom amenities were also top-notch, providing a luxurious experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to both the subway and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.

All was more than okay; there was nothing to improve.
