We chose to stay here for our ski holiday and it was a great decision. The location is perfect, just across from the ski lifts and gondola. The onsen was excellent and a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us, despite the language barrier. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with the ropeway just a short walk across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us, despite the language barrier. The room was lovely and clean, with Western mattresses on the tatami mats that were surprisingly comfortable. the public onsen was fabulous, providing a great experience of soaking in hot springs under the snow.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, especially for guests staying for longer periods of time.

Convenient location opposite ski lifts and gondola. Good onsen and spacious dining room. Easy walk to Ropeway for snow monster viewing. Sports gear rental available at entrance. Friendly staff and protective sheets laid out.

I was initially skeptical when I saw the exterior of the hotel, but once inside, I was amazed by the renovated rooms. I was lucky enough to stay in the VIP rooms on the upper floor, which had a beautiful design and a cozy atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Onsen, an old wooden bath that was incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating. I had a wonderful experience at Takamiya Hotel Lucent and would highly recommend it.
