Location was top-notch and the room was bigger than expected, but the breakfast wasn’t as varied, and it felt humid since the air conditioning was switched off. Chur for the comfy space!

Our stay was marred by noise issues from neighboring rooms and hallways during the night. Sleep was a challenge, as the disturbances made it hard to rest properly. Additionally, we faced a plumbing problem on the last night, which caused some inconvenience and dampness in the bathroom area. It was disappointing to encounter these issues after an otherwise pleasant stay.

I appreciated the convenient location near Nippori Station, making travel to Narita and around Tokyo effortless. The spacious room was well-arranged, and the daily water bottle was a thoughtful touch.

the room was exceptionally tiny and shockingly lacked any art, despite being called an ‘Art Hotel. ’ my luggage was merely glanced at by staff who seemed overwhelmed by their own piles of baggage. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles but alas, nothing. I almost left a rave review, but just couldn't. ,

We found this place really accommodating for our family of four,, especially with the extra third bed available. Also, the reception staff was super helpful when I needed to sort out luggage transfer, they went above and beyond with the forms and everything.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but you get what you pay for I guess.

the location is super convenient, like right by nippori station so getting around tokyo is easy peasy. brekkie was really good with lots of choices and the staff were really friendly and helpful. the room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities which is nice. they even provided daily water bottles, how cool is that? the gym was also pretty decent with good equipment.

Cleanliness, breakfast, small room

We enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet every morning, and I loved that the room had two pillow types for comfort, though it was a bit more dated than expected from the photos. I'd definitely return!

The location was super convenient, just a short stroll from Nippori station. The spacious room was perfect for our family, giving the kiddo plenty of space to roam. We also enjoyed visiting the Tokyo National Museum, which was nearby and fascinating for everyone!

My kids wished for a more modern setup. A few cozy chairs would be great for family hangouts.

Excellent location right by the JR Nippori station makes it super easy to explore Tokyo! 🗼 The staff was efficient and courteous. The breakfast combined Western and Japanese options! Definitely a must-try.

Only downside was the air conditioning. it could have been cooler. Also, access to the station involves some stairs which may be a challenge for some. 🙁

spacious rooms made it easy for my kid to roam without tripping over stuff. the environment felt chill, with little shops and eateries nearby. definitely a plus for families!
