We had a great time staying at M'S Est Nanajo, with its excellent location and friendly staff. The hotel is new and clean, with a nice decoration in the main hall. The room and bathroom were both very nice and clean. We loved the deep bathtub for soaking and the convenient coin laundry on-site. The hotel provided maps of the city, which were very helpful for exploring. We also appreciated the nearby convenience store and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The price for our stay was also very reasonable.

m's est nanajo was the perfect choice for our stay in kyoto. the location was ideal, just a short walk to kyoto station and gion district. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. we loved the convenience of the 24-hour front desk and the option to store our luggage. the washing machine in the lobby was a great bonus too.

The staff were incredibly kind and polite, and the main hall had a beautifully decorated eating room where we could enjoy our take away food and do travel planning. The room, although small, was clean and had EXCELLENT amenities including a great shower and good quality products. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The laundry machine in the hotel was also a great bonus. the hotel provided a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at M'S Est Nanajo. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station and within walking distance of the Kyoto museum. The staff were incredibly friendly, considerate, and supportive. I especially loved the dining room on the first floor, where I was able to comfortably finish some urgent work before checking in. Our room on the top floor corner offered stunning views from two different angles. The staff were always polite, spoke English fluently, and were eager to assist with any of our needs. this was the comfiest hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan, and I would definitely return if I ever visit Kyoto again.

The rooms are quite small, so if you're sharing a twin room, there's not much space to move around. , there was an additional accommodation tax that wasn't included in the advertised rates, so be prepared to pay extra at check-in.

During our stay at M'S Est Nanajo, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The room had a powerful shower, and the air-con unit provided hot, cold, and dry settings. The location was also very convenient, with the Kyoto Station and the Nanajo Station just a short walk away. Being close to these stations allowed us to easily explore various parts of Kyoto and even take day trips to nearby cities. The hotel also had a convenience store and a fruit shop right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing snacks or drinks. Additionally, the presence of a microwave in the common area was a nice touch. We found the guide to nearby restaurants provided by the hotel to be helpful in finding good places to eat.

Our experience at M'S Est Nanajo was positive, with only a few minor drawbacks. We wish the rooms had more power points and that the bathrooms were slightly larger for taller guests.
