stayed at a hotel in okayama but maira blew my mind! loved the convenient location near the JR station, comfy bed and pillow, and the lovely neighborhood for walks by the river. also, the complimentary coffee, ice cream, and breakfast buns were the perfect start to each day. great wifi too!

The location of this apartment was fantastic, as it was in walking distance to the old town and close to the harbor. The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax during my stay. There were also grocery stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for any needs during my stay.

We stayed at a cute hotel in Japan that was great for budget travelers. The staff at Maira Hotel were extremely helpful and kind. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the station and restaurant/bar district. The hotel rooms were cozy, but surprisingly clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find free coffee and bread for breakfast, even though we hadn't booked it. They also had free ice cream, soft drinks, and coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. a great experience for the price we paid.
