The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is attached to the railway station and close to everything in the area. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including a restaurant across the street from the hotel that offers delicious dishes. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities provided such as a tea kettle and face cleanser. The staff was also attentive and helpful, making the stay comfortable.

The hotel lacks a coin-operated laundry area, which would have been convenient for guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Metropolitan, right next to JR Takasaki Station. We didn't even have to go outside, just use the west exit. The hotel is situated in a mall, so there are plenty of shops and eateries to explore. Plus, Uniqlo and Daiso are just a few floors away. The staff went above and beyond to help us track down a package that arrived late. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is unbeatable, right in the train station with plenty of shops and delicious food options. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our doorstep. The staff here were incredibly hospitable and provided us with absolutely amazing service. They were attentive and courteous, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the cozy bed and the variety of pillows available. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great added bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
