Staying at this hotel was a breeze, thanks to its ideal location literally in the train station. From there, it was a quick hop to the delicious breakfast and helpful staff. the cleanliness and practicality of the rooms made for a comfy stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right inside the JR Niigata train station. We loved how easy it was to access the trains, buses, and taxis. The spacious and comfortable room made us feel right at home. The separate bathroom area was well-designed with plenty of space. We were delighted to find a sake tasting shop right next to the hotel, which added a unique and enjoyable experience to our stay. The abundance of nearby restaurants was a big plus. we highly recommend Jr-East Hotel Mets for its great location and value.

The underpass access to the train station was very helpful during the cold winter weather. the location was also convenient for dining options. My favorite part of the hotel were the sake tasting opportunities nearby, which added to my Christmas experience.

the TV was outdated and difficult to use. All in all, the price paid did not meet my expectations for the quality of the room.
