The service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the room was reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected. Additionally, the availability of a washing machine and dryer inside the room was a great convenience.

We spent a long Easter weekend in a Japanese-style hotel room which was spacious enough for a family of four. We loved the comfortable futons and appreciated the in-room washing machine. The hotel was in a great location, near a metro station and many wonderful eateries that were perfect for quick meals. Another advantage was the excellent service of the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel lacked an iron board, which may not be typical for Japanese hotels, but it would have been a helpful amenity. , we would have appreciated more instructions on how to use the washing machine and leave the garbage outside.

The location of Monday Apart was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The shower had some issues with water pressure and temperature, but it was manageable once we figured out the trick of running the tap before switching to the shower head. Additionally, check out time was a bit early and the extension fee was a bit steep.

If you're looking for a hotel smack dab in the middle of all the action, this place is perfect. It's just steps away from multiple train stations, making it really convenient to explore the major areas of the city. Plus, being in a tourist area means there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. And to top it off, the room comes equipped with a washer/dryer, so you can pack light and have fresh clothes whenever you need them.

The staff at the front desk weren't very helpful and didn't speak English, which made communication a bit difficult.
