I always return for the friendly staff who helped me with printing tickets. the hotel has Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, and a Flat-screen TV. It's perfect with a Lift, Electric kettle, Children's buffet, Air conditioning, and Non-smoking rooms. Returning for Christmas soon!

Minor cleanliness issues but overall a brilliant experience. Relax at Shimogamo-jinja Shrine, explore Kyoto Tower, Manga Museum, Imperial Palace, Fushimi Inari-taisha.

we were impressed by the convenient location near subway stations and attractions like pontocho and nishiki market. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. the innovative laundry system, delicious breakfast, and free shuttle service to the golden pavilion added immense value to our experience. the diverse backgrounds of the staff allowed for excellent communication with guests from various nationalities. their level of attentiveness surpassed that of a typical four-star hotel.

During our stay over Christmas, we found the hotel to be very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Their professionalism was quite noticeable. We were pleased to see that the hotel is situated in a convenient location that was close to major attractions. check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, so we didn't waste any time waiting in line.

While the hotel unquestionably met our expectations mostly, the bathroom floor was a bit unclean, with some hair in the corners that had not been cleaned up from the earlier visitor. though the room is furnished with basic necessities, the air conditioner was a little noisy at times.
