The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to Naka-Okachimachi station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. the room, a Double Room with Extra Bed, was surprisingly spacious and could comfortably fit all of our luggage. We loved the view of Tokyo Skytree from our 13th floor room, and the soundproofing was excellent. the bathroom was well-designed, with separate areas for the toilet/sink and shower/bath. the hotel also provided large, plush towels and the option to change them every day. we appreciated the attention to detail and comfort at Monday Premium Ueno Okachimachi.

Monday Premium Ueno Okachimachi is in a great location near various train stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo and visit attractions like DisneySea. the room, specifically the Double Room with Extra Bed, had enough space to accommodate three adults and their luggage. the beds were comfortable and had outlet sockets nearby. the view from the 13th floor room was amazing, with the Tokyo Skytree in sight. the room was also quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. the bathroom was well-designed, with separate areas for shower/bath and toilet/sink. the large, plush towels and robes provided added comfort. Guests also appreciated the hotel's air conditioning, which was initially a bit tricky to locate. Finally, the presence of washer/dryers and an ice machine on the second floor was convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Monday Premium Ueno Okachimachi. the location was perfect, just steps away from the Naka-Okachimachi subway station and within walking distance of many dining and shopping options. the staff were exceptional, especially Yumi who went above and beyond to arrange a private airport drop-off. Our room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a microwave and a great TV that could be cast from our phones. the breakfast variety was decent and the quality was surprisingly good.

The location of Monday Premium Ueno Okachimachi is fantastic. We were just a short walk away from several subway and train stations, making it easy for us to explore Tokyo. Plus, there were numerous great restaurants in the area, and a popular supermarket nearby for convenient late-night snacks. And let's not forget the amazing view of Skytree from our window.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, like the loud screeching sound the shower made and the lack of coffee in the room, the overall stay was pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room had multiple USB ports for our convenience.

The value for money at Monday Premium Ueno Okachimachi was excellent - clean and comfy room with a great view of Tokyo Skytree. The location is great, very close to a metro station and with a lovely view from the window. the staff was nice and one of them spoke great English. the sofa area in the room is also a great addition to the space, making it comfortable to relax.

The room could have been better equipped with at least one more table for setting food and drinks on. There were also no real glasses, only plastic cups, which was not very convenient.

The elevators in the hotel are located directly in front of the reception desk, which may lead to some congestion and noise in the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the UENO area. The location couldn't be better, as it is close to the vibrant Ameyoko shopping street and just steps away from public transport. The hotel's proximity to subway and metro stations made it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The service provided by Yumi, in particular, was outstanding. She even arranged a private airport drop-off for us, which was incredibly convenient.
