The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Close to subway lines and surrounded by a variety of local bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional with not a speck of dust to be found. The hotel facilities include a laundry room with washers and dryers, perfect for long stays. The breakfast spread offers a variety of options, including both continental-style and Japanese food. The staff were very hospitable and went the extra mile by arranging a taxi for me at 5am.

The location of Monterey Le Frere was perfect for day trips and exploring Osaka. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Japanese and Western options. we had a pleasant stay.

Reception staff is very helpful, offering bigger rooms and excellent English. The location is convenient to JR and Shin-Osaka stations. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with free amenities like bottled water and a water boiler with a small tea and coffee selection. Public bath and sauna are nice, and breakfast has amazing food options. There are many nearby restaurants and convenience stores for additional convenience.

Our family had a great experience at a hotel that was located near convenience stores and public transportation. We were able to easily access the train station within a 10 minute walk from the South building. Additionally, the hotel was situated near an entertainment district which provided additional activities during our stay.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right next to a lively area with plenty of dining and partying options. Plus, the metro and train stations were really close, making it easy to get around. The room was also really nice, with lots of amenities like an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee makers. And the staff were super helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.

This place would be perfect for families too!

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. It was really convenient to have a launderette in the hotel, perfect for washing clothes when traveling light. The price was very reasonable and the rooms were clean and tidy.

That the complimentary toothbrushes were replaced every day, which seemed wasteful. It would have been better if they provided the option to only replace them when requested.

loved the convenient location & delicious breakfast/coffee at this hotel! rooms were comfy & had great lighting. appreciated the thoughtful underbed storage for suitcases. close to Osaka station with big, comfy beds. will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Great location in Kitashinchi, near Osaka/Umeda station. Many good restaurants nearby. Twin beds are spacious and comfortable. Convenient Lawson on the ground floor for snacks. Clean facilities and good amenities.

my recent stay in osaka at a different hotel was good, but hotel monterey le frere was even better! loved the spacious corner twin room on the 17th floor and the convenient location near restaurants and bars. staff spoke english and the public bath was a nice touch.

We stayed at Hotel Monterey Le Frere for one night during our visit to Osaka. The receptionist was friendly and offered us a larger room on a higher floor. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from JR Osaka station. The staff were friendly throughout our stay and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety of food options. The hotel also provides a complimentary smartphone with internet access, which was very useful for finding nearby restaurants. The facilities, including the washing machines and dryers, were convenient and reasonably priced. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, location, and amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and fully equipped, able to handle two big luggages. The hotel's location was convenient, with the train station accessible and plenty of convenient stores just below the hotel. The staff spoke good English and provided excellent service. The hotel was also clean and had great facilities.

Couldn't fault. No negative aspects.
