We stayed at a charming hotel with an old-fashioned European appearance and a lovely courtyard. the lobby and old style elevator were delightful. the location was great, near Glover Garden, Oura cathedral, and just minutes from a tram stop. the hotel is situated on a quiet street with interesting shops and a cafe nearby that sells the best croissants we've ever had. It was a convenient base to explore the historical sights of the city, including Chinatown and Dejima.

The hotel provided a reliable internet connection in our room, and they even gave us a phone for free internet and international calls. The location was perfect, as it was close to many tourist spots in this city, including the wharf and the boats to Hashima. We also found it convenient that the hotel was near the old European area and the cathedral. Additionally, it was handy to have one of the tram lines nearby, and we were able to purchase day tram passes from the reception.

Good location near major tourist attractions. Walking distance from a big shopping center. Room temperature was easy to adjust and the air conditioning worked well. Nice and silent rooms contributed to a restful night. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable.

We were a family of four and the room was too small for four beds. We had to push them together, leaving no room to store our suitcases and not even enough space to open them properly.
