The location of the hotel was fantastic, with convenient train access to Narita Airport and popular areas like Shinjuku and Akihabara. There were also multiple convenience stores and a supermarket within a couple of minutes' walk, making it convenient to grab snacks or necessities. The price for our 13-night stay was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered free bathroom amenities and had laundry facilities available. I highly recommend Mystays for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo.

The staff members are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and are kept clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a breakfast included option, making it even more convenient for guests.

We loved the hotel's convenient location just outside the hustle and bustle zone of the city center. It is perfectly situated just off a subway and JR station stop, making it very easy to explore the city. Additionally, being within walking distance of Akihabara was a major plus. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful staff. 24-hour check-in desk with great English. Saved money. Great heaters in rooms. Multi-port chargers provided. Easy access to Asakusa temple, Ueno, and Tokyo Skytree.

The hotel provided unexpected complimentary fabric deodorizer and it was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes smelling fresh. the location was perfect as it was close to the train station and a convenience store. We also enjoyed the excellent service from the friendly staff.

The bathtub wasn't scrubbed properly and had some build-up on the top and bottom. We had to sanitize it ourselves before using it.
